By downloading, installing, accessing, or using T-Break & Quit Weed: Unfog (the “App”) or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
If you download the App via Apple’s App Store, you also acknowledge that your use is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If any term here conflicts with mandatory App Store terms, the App Store terms govern to the extent of the conflict.
2. Purpose of the Application
T-Break & Quit Weed: Unfog is a self-directed habit tracking, T-break logging, and personal milestone tool. It provides tracking counters, estimated financial savings, breathing exercise tools (4-7-8 vagus nerve stimulation), and informational biological recovery timelines.
You are solely responsible for your own wellness decisions, tracking inputs, and how you choose to interpret the App’s informational estimates.
3. Important Health & Medical Disclaimer
T-Break & Quit Weed: Unfog is not a medical device, licensed medical provider, diagnostic tool, clinical therapy, or emergency psychiatric service. The content provided is for educational and informational purposes only.
Cessation or reduction of heavy, chronic cannabis/THC consumption may cause cannabis withdrawal syndrome, which can include symptoms such as acute insomnia, anxiety, mood lability, vivid nightmares, nausea, sweating, and appetite suppression. Always consult a qualified physician or substance abuse healthcare professional if you have medical concerns or preexisting health conditions.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (StoreKit)
Unfog offers optional premium features (“Unfog Pro”) via auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases:
- Annual Pro (with Free Trial): Billed annually at the published price (e.g. $29.99/year). If offered, your free trial period (typically 3 or 7 days) allows full Pro access. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, your Apple Account will be charged the annual subscription fee automatically.
- Monthly Pro: Billed on a recurring monthly basis at the published price (e.g. $4.99/month). Automatically renews every month until cancelled.
- Lifetime Pro: A one-time, non-consumable purchase (e.g. $29.99) granting perpetual access with zero recurring fees.
Billing & Cancellation
All payments, subscriptions, and refunds are processed directly by Apple via your Apple Account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime by opening the Settings app on your iOS device > [Your Apple Account] > Subscriptions.
Restoring Purchases
You may restore previous purchases on any compatible device associated with your Apple ID using the “Restore Purchases” button in the App’s Paywall or Settings.
5. Limited License & Intellectual Property
The developer grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on iOS and iPadOS devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
6. User Entries & Backups
The App stores core data locally on your device. You are responsible for preserving and backing up your data via iCloud or manual JSON exports. The developer is not liable for data loss arising from app deletion, device damage, or failure to maintain backups.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and website are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App or website.
